My Property File
Our “Property File” system incorporates the latest technology that allows you access to any marketing activity on your rental property, the day to day management, maintenance and financial management, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
It’s easy to use and allows you to view and download important documentation such as statements, tenancy agreements and inspection reports as well as being able to monitor viewings and marketing progress prior to letting.
